You can now cancel or change your subscription directly from Settings → Subscriptions. The flow takes a couple of clicks, shows exactly what happens to your remaining time, and never requires emailing support.

Why it matters

• Your billing should be as easy to leave as it is to join. We'd rather earn your renewal with the product.
• If something pushed you to cancel, the flow lets you tell us in one sentence — every response is read.

Good to know

• Cancelling keeps your plan active until the end of the paid period.
• Your library, summaries and transcripts stay intact on the Free plan afterwards.
