Frequently asked questions
What audio formats are supported?
MP3, WAV, AAC, M4A and FLAC uploads up to 1 GB, plus in-browser recordings and Google Drive imports.
How long can my audio be?
Files up to 1 GB — several hours of audio. Free accounts include one private upload up to 60 minutes; paid plans raise the limits.
Can I transcribe WhatsApp voice messages?
Yes — save the voice note as an audio file and upload it, and you'll get a transcript plus summary like any other recording.
Does it identify who's speaking?
Transcripts are timestamped but don't label speakers yet. The AI chat can still answer questions like "what did the interviewer ask about pricing?" from context.
