Creating and Managing Campaigns in Follow Up Boss
Overview of Campaign Creation
- Users can access the campaign creation interface through the Just Call platform, where they can view comprehensive analytics.
- To create a new campaign, users select "New Campaign," choose their preferred dialer, and import contacts from Follow Up Boss.
- Once a campaign is created, it appears in the campaign section. Users can resume existing campaigns to start dialing.
Dialing Process and Contact Management
- During a call session, users see all numbers being dialed on the left side and detailed contact information on the right.
- The system includes a "cool off timer" that indicates when to call the next number after a 5-second gap.
Workflow Features
- Workflows can be set up based on dispositions or other conditions like call ratings or statuses.
- Actions triggered by workflows include sending SMS or emails to contacts or transferring data to another webhook for follow-up steps. All actions are logged against each contact in Follow Up Boss.
