Finding your art style is just something that can’t be figured out right away—it’s a combination of your innate traits, intentional choices, and environment. I think I’ve been pretty good at focusing on the intention and environment aspects, but I’ve always overlooked the “innate” part. If you’re able to, I strongly recommend calling your grandparents, visiting them, or asking your family members about who your great grandparents were—you’d be surprised to learn things about yourself too! btw the temple you see in the video, if you’d ever like to visit because it is indeed truly majestic, is **Chongsheng Temple.** Of course Shanghai and Beijing are popular destinations in China, but I really recommend checking out Yunnan or more remote areas of China because of the nature and scenery 🌞🍀🌿 ————————— Socials: IG: https://www.instagram.com/pix_bun/ Bluesky: https://bsky.app/profile/airipan.bsky.social TikTok: [https://www.tiktok.com/@pix_bun](https://www.tiktok.com/@pix_bun?lang=en) Website: [airipan.com](http://airipan.com) Timestamps: 00:00 introduction 01:49 your roots 05:23 nainai & yeye 07:57 yunnan dali 11:05 waipo & waigong 13:41 inventory intermission 16:08 your art style Materials: Zebra Mildliner Highlighters Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils Sailor Shikiori Markers Kuretake Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pilot Fude Makase Color Brush Pen (Gray) Bostitch Twist-n-Sharp Pencil Sharpener Credits: Written by Airi Pan and Sinh Nguyen (@sinh.narrated) Produced by Diana Fan Edited by Ogechukwu Okafor (@neddyisneddy)
