Creating a New Board

Assigning Responsibilities
- Use the person column to assign responsibilities to team members.
- Assign tasks by selecting team members' names in the person column.
- Team members receive immediate notifications via email and mobile app when assigned tasks.
Using Status Column
- The status column is used for tracking progress of tasks assigned.
- Default labels include working on it, stuck, and done but can be customized according to your needs.
- Add labels such as future step, ready to review or on hold if necessary.
Using Date Column
- The date column helps understand project due dates and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Change dates based on priority such as today, tomorrow or next week.
- Use deadline mode feature with status column for visual representation of task completion progress.
