Sleeping Exercise Without Medicine

- Improves breathing and oxygenates the brain which helps in relaxing and getting more oxygen while sleeping.
Skull Relaxation
- Massage temple acupuncture point 30 times clockwise to decrease pressure on the skull.
- Facilitates lymph circulation, removes poisons, accumulated garbage and empties it.
Emptying Your Brain
- Press circularly or squeeze upwards before going to sleep lying down with eyes closed.
- Helps in falling asleep quickly.
Tips for Better Sleep
