Integration Steps for Meta and Facebook
Initial Setup for Integration
- The first step after registering the distribution queue is to integrate with Meta. This involves navigating to the integrations menu and selecting "Add First Integration" followed by choosing Facebook.
- A login window will appear if you are not already logged into Meta. After logging in, you will proceed by clicking "Next" and selecting the desired Facebook page for integration.
Authorizing Permissions
- You must authorize permissions for the selected page and save your settings. There is an option to check if all tokens are valid, which can be useful over time if leads are not being received properly.
- In the lead distribution settings, select which queue will receive leads from this page. For example, leads from a specific fan page can be directed to a designated queue (e.g., Queue Plus).
Testing the Integration
- After configuration, it’s essential to test the tool's functionality by selecting your page and form, then previewing it before sending a test lead.
- Fill out the test form with sample data (e.g., name, email, phone number), then submit it. The system will perform a test dispatch to ensure everything is functioning correctly.
Processing Leads
- Once submitted, there may be a slight delay in processing; however, successful leads should appear shortly in the designated queue (e.g., Manuel as first in line).
- Upon checking WhatsApp or notifications, you should see that the lead has been successfully sent to the assigned salesperson (in this case, Alex).
