Episódio 5 - Colaboradores
How to Register Collaborators in Your Application
Introduction to Collaborator Registration
- The video introduces the process of registering collaborators within the application, emphasizing its importance for operational functionality.
- Two methods for registering collaborators are outlined: mass importation and manual entry.
Manual Registration Process
- To manually register a collaborator, navigate to the main menu and select "Collaborators" twice.
- A blue button labeled "New" is located at the bottom right corner of the screen; this initiates the registration process.
Key Fields in Registration
- An activation key must be maintained active for assigning tasks to new team members; filling out mandatory fields is essential for completion.
- The name field is mandatory and must avoid duplicates to ensure proper task identification; a unique username is also required.
Password Creation Options
- Users can either set a standard password for all collaborators or generate one automatically through the system, which requires an email address for sending credentials.
- Password requirements include a minimum of six characters with differentiation between uppercase and lowercase letters.
Language and Time Zone Settings
- Users can select from five available languages (Portuguese, Spanish, English, French, German), along with defining their time zone for accurate reporting.
Access Profiles and Regional Assignments
- Access profiles should be selected from a dropdown list based on desired permissions; regional assignments are linked to previously registered locations.
- Associating collaborators with specific regions simplifies management by allowing visibility into activities tied to each location.
Mobile Access Considerations
- Enabling mobile access consumes one license; it’s crucial that both mobile access and field team status are activated before finalizing registration.
Hierarchical Relationships in Teams
- If hierarchy is defined within teams, it's possible to link new collaborators with supervisors or higher-level roles during registration.
Optional Information Fields
- Additional optional fields such as address details support geolocation functions necessary for tracking routes from home addresses to work sites.
Finalizing Registration
- After entering all required information including admission date, click on the blue "Hire" button to complete registration.
Mass Importing Collaborators
Import Process Overview
- For large operations, importing multiple users simultaneously is facilitated through an initial screen where users can find an "Import" option at the bottom left corner.
Template Usage
- A template will be provided upon clicking import; it includes all mandatory and optional fields needed for successful data entry.
Data Entry Requirements
Importing Records and Monitoring Team Activities
Activating Monitoring Functions
- The system allows for the activation of monitoring functions for team routes, ensuring that managers can track their teams effectively.
- Users are encouraged to activate flags to send login credentials via email to employees, facilitating easier access to their accounts.
- A progress bar will appear during the import process, indicating the status of the operation as it loads on the screen.
Import Completion and Error Handling
- Once the import reaches 100%, it is confirmed as successfully completed; however, any errors in information will be flagged by the system.
- Users can check the status of their imports through a results screen, which provides insights into any issues encountered during the process.
