- To resolve this, navigate to the maintenance tool via the File menu, then select "Tools" followed by "Maintenance."
- Once in the maintenance tool, choose your file with a ".tf" extension related to accounting and tax files before clicking "Open."
Completing the Disconnection Process
- An assistant will guide you through disconnecting users; ensure you select "Yes" for user disconnection and verify the file.
- After confirming, click on "Finish" at the bottom right of the screen to initiate processing. A prompt may appear asking if you want to disconnect linked files; responding with "Yes" is recommended.
