Known to Cebuanos as the Compañia Maritima building from post world war 2 until today. Originally the Fernandez Hermanos Inc. Building or Fernandez Building which had the Shamrock Hotel as their occupant. Built in 1910 during the American Colonization and bombed during the World War 2 and Compañia Maritima took over the building until the 80's when they went bankcrupt. Now, what is left is the ruins of the ones glamorous hotel of the expats and traders from around the world.
