I prefer Polygon over Ethereum for this because its way way cheaper. Here some instructions if you need help to get the funds out of the wallet: 1) Install metamask in your browser or cellphone (all the steps below were done in a browser, i cant assure that it will be identical if done in a smarphone, but it should be quite similar) 2 ) accept terms and conditions and click on "import an existing wallet" 3) type in the 12 words you wrote down from this video 4) create a password (any password you prefer) and click "import my wallet" 5) on the top left you will see a button that says "ethereum mainnet". Click it and then click on "add network".
