Introduction

Board Views
- Board views allow you to visualize your board's information in different ways.
- There are lots of different views to choose from like timeline, calendar, cards, kanban, and more.
- It will depend on your workflow as to which views will be more or less relevant.
- You can create views to show a subset of the data in the table view using filters.
Scheduling Telephone Interviews
The speaker demonstrates how to add a calendar view for scheduling telephone interviews and how to create a filtered view for qualified applicants.
Adding Calendar View
- The speaker wants to see all scheduled telephone interviews with applicants in a calendar view.
- A calendar view is added for this purpose.
Creating Filtered View
- The speaker wants to see only qualified applicants so that they can enter them into the lottery.
- A filtered view is created by choosing to filter the board by groups and selecting the qualified applicant group.
- Once you have created a filtered view, you can always come back to it later by saving it.
Advanced Filtering
The speaker shows how advanced filtering can be used to show either physical evaluation or wellness review owners just the applicants that they are assigned to.
Using Advanced Filter
- Another table view is set up first and then advanced filter is used since we want to show either physical evaluation or wellness review owners just the applicants that they are assigned to.
- Me Dynamic filter is applied to both columns and an OR condition is used in between.
- The view changes depending on which user is looking at it.
Hiding Columns
The speaker demonstrates how to hide columns that are not relevant for certain users.
Hiding Columns
- The doctor or wellness experts do not need to see the telephone interview columns as the applicant has already passed this stage.
- The speaker uses the hide columns feature and unticks the columns which they want to remove from this view.
