Del 9 al 11 de Noviembre de 2015 se reunieron más de 200 delegados de instituciones relacionadas a la educación, formación de maestros, consejos educativos de naciones y pueblos indígenas, originarios y afrobolivianos, institutos de lengua y cultura, organizaciones sociales y de la sociedad civil para analizar la implementación del modelo educativo socio comunitario productivo en el Sistema Educativo Plurinacional. Se discutieron acciones estratégicas de fortalecimiento, acompañamiento y evaluación respecto a la formación de maestros, lengua y cultura, currículos base, regionalizados y participación social comunitaria en la educación, y se han establecido mandatos para consolidar en el Sistema Educativo la implementación de la lengua y cultura de las 37 naciones y pueblos indígena originarios del Estado Plurinacional.
