- Step under the bar and up onto the platform.
- Unrack it and place feet just about hip width apart.
- Squeeze all the way up onto the tips of toes almost squeezing at the top.
- Control it back down with a slight pause at the bottom before coming back up.
- Get that little pause at the bottom before squeezing back up.
Tips to Avoid Tendon Damage
- Do not bounce back up as it uses tendons instead of muscles.
- Bouncing is damaging to tendons which are very pliable and stretch like rubber bands.
