Camera Setup and Flash Techniques

Overview of Equipment

  • The speaker is using a Godox X Pro S flash for the Sony A7 III camera, along with an AD200 Pro Godox flash.
  • The environment has a significant amount of orange lighting, which affects the color cast on the walls.

Flash Settings and Exposure

  • The flash has multiple presets (A, B, C, D), with preset A set to +3 exposure.
  • The current setup uses TTL (Through The Lens) mode on preset D for correct exposure.

Adjusting Camera Settings

  • The speaker plans to switch from bracket mode to a two-second timer to capture images without camera shake.
  • By utilizing the pop flash, it is expected that the true colors will be revealed despite the existing highlights and color casts.
