00:00 The surprising number of people have asked what a tool like Supercent does, so I think I'll start there. So, when you're trying to do any kind of cold outreach at scale, whether that's just through email or just through LinkedIn or a combination of both, generally speaking people use a tool. 00:15 They'll use us, they'll use Apollo, Lemlist instantly at the, at a high level all of these tools do relatively the same thing. 00:24 You're uploading a list of leads, you're creating some kind of sequence, and then you're measuring results. So, in our nomenclature, we call those campaigns and each campaign has its own, you know, stats and A-B tests, etc., and so you can create, again, other pieces of list. 00:59 A-B tests. Ha, ha! Domain and you set up a new email account, you really can't send that many cold emails without it getting flagged for spam. 01:08 So there is a kind of tool suite called email warming where it will slowly ramp up the amount of emails that you've sent, that you're sending on a daily basis up to some thresholds. 01:19 So there's a lot of mystique around what this magic number is, I think at scale per email address, because again, you might have one Domain with, let's say five different email accounts. 01:31 So per email account at once the email has been warmed up, I like to stay at around 50. Some people say 75 is a good number or some people like to push it too often. 01:41 100 and some people really try and yellow and do 200 until the email just gets marked as spam. Totally up to you how you want to run it. 01:50 I think setting up a bunch of email addresses and domains is a bit of a pain. So and 50 is a good number historically for us and and our cold email agency. 01:59 So that's our number. So. On the email side send emails send follow up emails and email warming is included with super sent on LinkedIn. 02:08 You can do a profile visit. So Twitter is a pretty underrated despite everything that's going on with Twitter right now. 02:46 A pretty underrated channel. Really good response rates. So on Twitter you can follow somebody and you can DM somebody. The caveat there is of course you can't DM every user on Twitter. 02:56 They have to either have their DMs open or be following you. So similar to the Chrome extension. We're connecting your LinkedIn account. 03:05 We have a direct integration with Twitter so you can click, you know, log in with Twitter, authorize us to send those messages on your behalf and super send will, will do that. 03:15 And for us, what kind of makes us different is our ability to have all of these different channels in one sequence. 03:22 So we'll. Check out the sequence generator in a second, but again, at a high level, you're sending these things at scale. 03:28 You don't want to be manually sending follow ups on email or LinkedIn, et cetera. You kind of just want to be managing replies. 03:35 And so super send allows you to do that jumping into the tool. You're going to be dropped onto the dashboard page. 03:43 So here's a dashboard for a live campaign that we are actively running for super send itself. And you can see at the top the number of emails being sent, what emails are being sent from, how many new contacts were started the sequence that day. 03:57 So in our case for today we've sent about 4000 emails on here. This campaign is actually an onboarding campaign for us and we don't track replies. 04:08 So there's, there's a really low reply rate and that's also why they're the bounce rates, like almost zeros because these are all users that sign up for super send and we add them dynamically to this campaign and send them a drip series of warm up emails, including a link. 04:23 To this video that you're watching now you'll get open stats, click stats opt out stats, your email capacity. So another unique piece about super send is, and we'll get into this in a second. 04:36 Each campaign can have multiple different email addresses that it's sending from. So you know, if we have and. If you're a super send, I can also have Sophia at super send and we can both be sending from the same campaign and basically a contact that elite that you upload will get assigned 04:55 to one or one of those email addresses and the entire sequence will be sent out as if it were from whoever, whatever email address it was assigned. 05:04 So this is roughly the dashboard page on a per step basis. You also get pretty granular stats on exactly what step is is working well.
