Publishing and Collecting Feedback on Tally

Publishing a Form

• To publish a form on Tally, click on "publish" in the dashboard.

• A share link will be generated for the form.

Collecting Feedback

• Copy and paste the share link to distribute the form.

• Submitted data can be accessed by clicking "download CSV file".

• The submitted data includes date submitted and rating field.

Editing a Form

• To edit a published form, click on "edit" in the dashboard.

• This will take you back to editing mode for your form.
