Vehicle Management Module Overview

Introduction to the Floating Module

• The floating module assists in managing vehicle characteristics for company-owned vehicles, including specifications like color and model.

• To create a vehicle entry, users must input details such as model, license plate, and assigned driver; the system recognizes the model automatically.

Vehicle Specifications

• Users can enter various specifications of the vehicle, including purchase value, year, color, seating capacity, horsepower (HP), and fuel type.

• Images and additional specifications can be uploaded to enhance vehicle profiles. Drivers can also log expenses related to fuel consumption.

Expense Tracking

• Drivers can document fuel expenses by providing descriptions of costs incurred, service types, dates, and supplier information (e.g., gas station).

• The system allows tracking of odometer readings at the time of expense logging.

Cost Reporting

• A cost report feature enables users to register ongoing costs and monitor variations over time after services are performed.

Contract Management for Leased Vehicles

• If a vehicle is leased rather than owned by the company, contracts can be created within the module.
