Welcome to Develop Your Communication Skills video series. I have been developing the ideas behind this series for the last 8 years in face-to-face seminars and this is my exploration of how to use online to enhance the learning experience, and engage with a broader audience. It pains me to see how much poor communication still surrounds us - in business, in school, in local community, on TV talk shows. There are some simple rules that work, that have been written down for 2,300 years since the time of Aristotles. Clear and powerful communication is vital for accomplishing any business objective. To be effective, I must be able to engage and influence clients, colleagues, employees and top management. This video series offers an introduction to the basics of persuasive oral communication.
