Accessing the Virtual Campus

Steps to Access the University Website

• To begin, navigate to the university's website at guapa.edu.do. Click on "mi oapa" and then select "campus virtual grado" from the trimester column.

Logging In and Course Overview

• Enter your ID and password in the login window. Once logged in, go to "mis cursos" to view your enrolled courses. Clicking on a course will display its contents and activities. A tutorial video will be provided for guidance on how to work within the course.

Course Structure and Resources

• The course interface displays the subject name prominently, along with a WhatsApp group link for communication related to that subject. Facilitator contact information is also available next to the subject name.

Menu Features

• The menu includes:

• General orientation details about course work.

• The program outline of the subject.

• Important links for ongoing communication through forums: technical, social, and a dedicated forum for questions or doubts regarding course content.

Course Materials and Schedule

• All necessary materials for completing assignments are accessible under "materiales del curso." It's crucial to review these resources thoroughly as they support your learning process. Additionally, a schedule of virtual meetings is provided with links for accessing sessions and recordings post-meeting.

Weekly Activities

• Each week features specific activities outlined in an icon labeled “semana.” This section includes:

• Videos providing guidance on weekly content.

• Relevant materials associated with that week's topics.

• Clear deadlines for assignments which must be adhered to avoid missing submissions. Activities are structured weekly alongside corresponding content updates.
