Imagine What a Beyond Guilt & Shame? Welcome back to the 4th episode of BIOHACK WITH BAILEY! Today we have the honour of being graced by the presence of Margo Renate - a living, breathing Human, transformational photographer, artist, facilitator and space holder - from Costa Rica! Margo and I have been friends since we were 8 or 9 years old, living in Tamarindo - a small surf town in the North Pacific coast of CR - popularised by the cult classic "Endless Summer" by Robert August. We've been doing shoots together since we were kids - the only difference is, it's professional these days and we don't have water balloon boobs! The vibe of this conversation makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside; the sisterhood energy is going strong and the giggles are countless. We revisit our wild childhoods and teenage years, the impacts of them, the highs and lows, traumas we have been healing through art, inner child healing, the art of forgiveness; the journey into professional artistry and ceremonial space holding. Margo and I both share certain passions and aspects of our messaging: embodiment, self love, unleashing the feminine, eradicating sexual shame and being outspoken about the important things. Margo started taking photos in university in Boston while completing her Bachelor's in Nutrition. Since, she has lived in New York, LA, Hawaii, Costa Rica and travelled the world, professionally photographing some of the top models and influencers in the world; including the bombshell curvy Sports Illustrated Model - Ella Halikas & many more! In the past year, Margo has largely shifted away from commercial photography into facilitating self love retreats and empowerment coaching, utilising her life experience and exceptional creative skills; all with the intention to "release the Divine Feminine from captivity". She identifies as "living as a permission slip to choose yourself" who has "surrendered to the Dharma of serving women." She is dedicated to "'creating a safe space to embody sensuality' by activating a 'forcefield while shooting' to help women 'unleash the shameless power of sensuality' through 'intentional nudity as expression.'" Her latest offering is her coaching container: "Sacred Slut Unleashed" - a title which undoubtedly is triggering for some... but let's explore why. Margo's superpower? "Cultivating safe grounds for instant deep connection with others." * Also her unapologetically authentic, self-validation and confidence; saturated with warmth and badass boundaries. This episode's flow is very conversational; two childhood friends reminiscing and connecting through shared and parallel experiences of healing through art, while helping others to do the same. Listen to discover Margo's biohacking journal practice and intimate details of this stellar young woman's journey through: - Death, Rebirth & the Great Awakening - The Desire to Be Seen in my Pain - Trauma Transcendence - Self Forgiveness - Gratitude Mindset - Life Beyond Abuse, Addiction and Heartbreak - Shameless Sexual Exhibitionism - Being She Whom You Needed as a Child - Psychedelic Experience of Breathwork - The "Whale Song" - Breakdown to Breakthrough & so much more! "I've learned that the reroute was always the plan." - Margo Renate Disclaimer: we continuously refer to this podcast as "GONE WILD" which was the plan until I realised that name was taken... to keep the episode raw, real & relatively uncut, I kept it in there for context. However, the name of the podcast is "BIOHACK WITH BAILEY". Post Production by Rens Van Den Broek
