Progress Report on Human Performance Enhancers

  • However, there were significant side effects noted during one trial, including violence, aggression, and insanity among subjects.

Recommendations and Concerns

  • Despite one problematic trial, most staff members (excluding Dr. Strom) believe the product is ready for human testing.
  • Dr. Strom expresses skepticism about moving forward without revisiting foundational formulas due to concerns over safety and efficacy.

Funding Implications

  • A deadline is set for successful human trials; if not met by Quest Aerospace's prototype testing date in two weeks, funding will be redirected away from the current program.
  • The speaker emphasizes urgency and accountability regarding performance enhancers' development amidst competition from other projects.
Video description

Norman Osborn meets with General Slocum, Dr. Stromm and the Oscorp Board of Directors in order to review his projects. Whilst the glider is promising, the performance enhancers are less than so. They are proven to increase strength but also severely increase violence, agression and insanity. This proves to be a deadly combo when Dr. Osborn tests this on himself - ultimately transforming him into the Green Goblin.
