Use Apollo or LinkedIn to search for marketing, SEO, agency owners or business consultants. These are the ones drowning in scattered data, but too small to have a system for it. If you don't want to do cold outreach, go to Upwork or Fiverr and list it as an AI automation service. Post in Facebook groups and Reddit communities where agency owners hang out. Charge $1,000 to $2,500 to build it and put them on a monthly retainer for $300 a month for ongoing ingestion, health checks and new source processing. That is your recurring revenue. Then stack the vaults. Build a competitive intel vault, a client knowledge vault, and a content vault for the actual build. Create three folders — a Raw Sources folder where you dump all of their data, a Wiki folder where the AI writes the organized version, and one schema file that tells the AI how to structure everything.
