Video description

This is the final showdown between Tony and Michael. I'm trying to pinpoint what Tony was thinking at the end, when he looks up at Ziva. It looked to me like a very sad "I'm sorry". Any opinions? On an unrelated note: I wish they would've named Michael something else like "Rudy". This "Tony and Michael" stuff drove me nuts.
