Guía de inducción SENA Para el Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje -SENA es un placer darle la bienvenida al Curso Introductorio a la Formación Profesional Integral. Es nuestra función brindar oportunidades de crecimiento para el desarrollo técnico y profesional de la comunidad en general, favoreciendo así, la calidad de vida e impulsando el fortalecimiento del sector empresarial del país. Por tal motivo, el Centro Agropecuario La Granja, perteneciente a la Regional Tolima, abre sus puertas con agrado teniendo en cuenta que este curso es un preámbulo a su formación técnica y/o tecnológica en las áreas del conocimiento que ofrece el Centro de formación. El Curso Introductoria de la Formación Profesional Integral, busca darle un panorama general del procesos y procedimiento que rige a nuestra institución y del cual usted será participe, ya que es importante que antes de iniciar su formación, conozca las características, valores y principios que orientan el quehacer misional del SENA, motivando por parte de usted, el compromiso, como nuevo integrante del SENA. Complementario a ello, la guía lo acerca a la formación por competencias y al aprendizaje con el uso de técnicas didácticas activas ambos enmarcados en el Modelo Pedagógico de la Formación Profesional Integral. Lo invitamos a avanzar con disposición constante y en compañía de otros aprendices ya que ustedes son los actores principales y razón de nuestro quehacer institucional. Resultados de Aprendizaje:  Identificar la dinámica organizacional del sena, su estructura corporativa, políticas y normatividad esencial de acuerdo con los parámetros establecidos por la entidad.  Identificar la características, metodologías y medios para la formación integral en el sena de acuerdo con la dotación de ambientes de los centros de formación  Identificar el aporte desde el plan de acción con el proyecto de vida y el desarrollo profesional del aprendiz de acuerdo con el plan nacional de bienestar al aprendiz  Identificar la propuesta de la formación profesional integral con su tipología, niveles y resultados esperados de acuerdo con el diseño curricular de los programas propuestos.
