The Five Parts of ALM

- Part Two: Individual Development
- Enhancing learning and organizational skills.
- Focus on interpersonal skills, technology, and career involvement.
- Part Three: Enrichment
- Expanding learning beyond the classroom.
- Includes explorations, cultural activities, and service trips.
- Part Four: Seminars
- Creating, performing, and evaluating learning experiences.
- Covers futuristic, problematic, controversial topics.
- Part Five: End-Up Study
- Allows students to choose an area of interest for in-depth study.
- Demonstrates learning through projects, mentorships, presentations.
Strengths and Weaknesses of ALM
