En el video de hoy les mostraremos cómo se fabrica EL CEMENTO, ya que a nuestro alrededor, la mayoría de las cosas y estructuras que nos rodean, contienen, o están hechas de cemento. Este material tan necesario e indispensable para la vida como la conocemos es gris en su mayoría. Número 1: Obtención y preparación de materias primas: Las canteras se explotan mediante voladuras controladas, en el caso de materiales duros como calizas y pizarras, mientras que, en el caso de materiales blandos como arcillas y margas, se utilizan excavadoras para su extracción. Número 2: Trituración: Una vez que llegan las materias primas al área de trituración, que por lo general, cuenta con dos fases, lo cual puede variar según la metodología de fabricación, como primer paso, se colocan en una trituradora primaria mediante tolvas de gran tamaño, reduciendo considerablemente el tamaño de los minerales.
