  • Judy wins the key and Mary-Ellen ventures into the closet, which now resembles Ferryman's tombs.
  • Mary-Ellen tosses the doll back to Judy before being pulled back into the abyss.

New Section

In this section, Judy recovers from Mary-Ellen's fumble and attempts to reach safety. However, she encounters Daniela, who is infused with both Malthus' evil and the ire of a wedding dress spirit. Mary-Ellen comes to her aid by turning on a projector with a recording of Ed performing an exorcism.

There were rumors about Annabelle escaping from the room but Tony Spera clarified that she was still there.

Future Possibilities

  • Tony Spera mentioned plans to relocate the museum due to zoning issues.
  • A future Conjurverse story could involve the mishandling of Annabelle during the move, potentially setting Malthus loose again.

Video description

The infamous "Annabelle" doll has its reputation as one of the world's most cursed objects thanks to THIS demonic entity that is bound to it. ► Subscribe: https://goo.gl/DT39UP (Don't forget to turn on deathbell notifications!) Malthus, also sometimes known as Malphas or Halphas, is the often unseen inhuman spirit linked to the creepiest doll in The Conjuring Universe. Although Malthus is the main antagonist of the story, most fans know very little about it, including it's actual name which one comes up once in the series. It appears inside the the text of the demonic spell-book, The Devil's Welcome, which also contains rare details about the demon's complex history. In this video I'll be analyzing everything we know about Malthus, including it's ancient history, its recent adventures in The Conjurverse, and the possible future of the of this hellish creature. Malthus in the movies is based off of two separate "real life" influences. Obviously one of them is the supposedly haunted Annabelle doll inside Ed and Lorraine Warren's museum of cursed objects. The other is Ars Goettia, from the grimoire The Lesser Key of Solomon, a spellbook that has details on the lore of several supposed supernatural entities. Many of these have appeared in popular fiction like Annabelle, The Conjuring and Hereditary. So I'll also compare and contrast the "real life" mythology of Malthus to the evil character we see in the movies: The Conjuring (2013), Annabelle (2014), Annabelle Creation (2017) and Annabelle Comes Home (2019). #TheConjuring #Conjurverse #Annabelle Chapters 0:00 | The Origin of Malthus 2:54 | The Disciples of Ram 6:21 | Haunting The Mullins Family 18:23 | Adoption by The Higgins Family 19:57 | The Summoning Ritual 21:00 | Terrorizing the Form Family 25:51 | Manipulating Camilla and Debbie 27:10 | Annabelle Comes Home 38:53 | Annabelle Escapes?
