How to Send Sales Reports via Email

Steps to Send Reports

• To send reports via email, the sales report by item in the point of sale module is suggested as an example.

• Navigate to the reports menu and select the sales report by item for further processing.

• After choosing report options, click on the send button to initiate the email process.

Email Configuration

• In the subsequent window, input recipient email addresses for sending the report.

• Available email accounts for sending reports are those registered in system administration as business account types.

Report Customization

• The default subject line is filled with the report name but can be modified if necessary.
