  • Vitamins and minerals help maintain overall health. Fruits like oranges and strawberries as well as vegetables like spinach or carrots are rich sources of vitamins. Minerals can be found in small amounts in water or various types of food such as iron in lentils or meat.

  • Water is crucial for maintaining hydration levels in our bodies. It is a major component of living organisms. Staying hydrated by drinking water throughout the day becomes even more important during physical exercise or hot weather.
