• Traditional square office designs often lead to departments being dispersed throughout a building, making spontaneous encounters and interactions difficult.

Innovative Design Solutions

• Designers proposed a large ring-shaped main structure to facilitate natural encounters as employees move around the space.

• To achieve this circular design, a four-layered curved frame was constructed, with components assembled with millimeter precision.

Addressing Potential Issues

• While the circular design promotes openness, it may also create feelings of confinement for some individuals.

• To counteract this potential claustrophobia, the world's largest curved glass curtain wall was designed to enhance transparency and a sense of freedom.

Sustainability Features

• The roof is equipped with solar panels that allow the building to operate on 100% renewable energy.

• Additionally, there are systems in place for re-compressing underground resources for efficient energy use.
