- If you ran your learning face to an audience that was not good, your pixel will perform sub-optimally compared to what it could do if it went through a good learning phase. This trick will restart your pixels' learning phase, giving you another chance to make sure that your initial testing audience is optimal.
Creating a New Pixel
- To create a new pixel, go into your Shopify admin and disconnect your current pixel from the Facebook sales channel.
- Create a new pixel manually through Business Manager by heading over to data sources and then pixels on the left-hand side of your menu. Click add and connect website activity using your pixel.
- Once created, set up the new pixel by adding code using partner integration and selecting Shopify. Refresh Shopify admin screen so that new pixel appears as an option. Connect for new pixel created on Business Manager.
Verifying Connection
- Verify your connection by heading over to Events Manager and using automatic advanced matching. Turn on all parameters.
