Introducción a la interfaz de Blender

Introduction

The video introduces the Blender workspace and its basic elements.

Blender Workspace

  • When entering a new workspace, it can be overwhelming to navigate through the different tools and objects.
  • The video provides an overview of the Blender workspace, starting with the 3D viewport.
  • The latest version of Blender is used in this tutorial.
  • The 3D viewport contains a grid with X and Y axes. Objects can be selected by clicking on them.

Toolbar

  • On the left side of the 3D viewport is a toolbar containing tools for selecting, moving, rotating, and scaling objects.
  • Clicking on the "Desktop" button will take you to the 3D viewport where you can see a cube, lamp, and camera.
  • Holding down the left mouse button allows you to select objects in the 3D viewport. Selected objects are highlighted in orange while unselected ones remain grayed out.

Information Space

  • On the right side of the screen is an information space that displays information about selected objects such as their collection name.
  • Below the toolbar is another set of buttons that allow users to zoom in/out or change views from orthographic to perspective.

Top Bar

  • At the top of Blender's interface is a gray bar that contains various options depending on which tool is currently selected.
  • There's also a mode selector at the top-left corner that lets users switch between different modes of operation.

Introducción a Blender

Introduction to Blender Interface
