Samsung Galaxy A35 5G Camera Test, Hands On After 4 Months
Camera Review of Samsung Galaxy A35 5G
Overview of Camera Specifications
- The Samsung Galaxy A35 features a triple camera setup on the back: a 50 MP main sensor, an 8 MP ultra-wide lens, and a 5 MP macro shooter. It also includes a 13 MP selfie camera.
Video Quality Capabilities
- The device can record video in up to 4K at 30 FPS, as well as in 1080p at both 30 and 60 FPS with Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS). Currently recording at 1080p, the video quality is described as "not bad" and "too good."
- Slow-motion video capabilities are available, enhancing the versatility of the camera for different shooting scenarios.
Daylight Photography Performance
- In daylight conditions, photos exhibit good detail and dynamic color range. By default, images are taken at 12 MP but can be switched to full resolution (50 MP) for more detailed shots.
Ultra-Wide and Portrait Modes
- The performance of the 8 MP ultra-wide camera is decent; while it does not match the quality of the main sensor, it is acceptable for a mid-range smartphone.
- Portrait mode captures good-quality photos with satisfactory results. The macro shooter performs adequately but is noted as "decent" rather than exceptional.
