Calibração do Alinhador Portátil Digital JM Máquinas
How to Set Up a Digital Two-Headed Alignment Tool
Step 1: Measuring the Stand
- The first step involves measuring the stand's height using four adjustable feet. Ensure that the level bubble in the center of the stand is aligned properly. This ensures accurate leveling of both heads.
Step 2: Adjusting the Laser Line
- Activate one head and press the laser button to send a signal to the other head. Level the laser at number 20 and Z0 using an Allen key, as demonstrated in the video. Repeat this process for the second digital head to ensure alignment.
Step 3: Aligning Laser Point on Target Board
- The distance from the digital head's laser to the target board should be approximately 3 meters. Remove any yellow adhesive and adjust three screws that control laser positioning on the board, ensuring it points accurately at number 12 when in normal position and upside down.
Step 4: Calibration Configuration
- Turn off both heads of the aligner, then press 'save' and 'zero' while turning one head back on. Follow instructions displayed on-screen for leveling adjustments, ensuring proper stabilization before saving settings again. This includes tilting opposite sides as needed during calibration steps until all readings stabilize correctly.
