Registro proveedores persona Jurídica
Welcome to the University Information System
Introduction to the Registration Process
- The University Industrial de Santander introduces its information system, Wizard, for suppliers.
- Suppliers must press the "register" button and select "persona jurídica" to register as a company.
- Required data includes an email registered in the Registro Único Tributario (RUT). Users must accept terms of service before proceeding.
Steps for Supplier Registration
- New users should navigate through: Financial Menu > Suppliers > Supplier Panel > Create Supplier. Returning users can update their information via: Financial Menu > Suppliers > Supplier Panel > Consult Information > Update Information.
- Important documentation needed includes RUT, Chamber of Commerce certificate, and any relevant tax responsibility documents.
Document Submission Requirements
- Users must upload a recent RUT document (less than one year old), ensuring it is not password-protected or scanned.
- The system will validate that the identification document matches what is present in RUT; if correct, activation occurs automatically.
Handling Errors and Inconsistencies
- If errors occur during automatic reading from RUT, manual entry is allowed but subject to validation by the contracting division.
- Users will be notified of any inconsistencies requiring documentation updates.
Completing Tax Information and Responsibilities
- If scanned documents are used, some fields may auto-fill; however, users should verify accuracy against their RUT.
- Additional required documents include legal representation certificates and specific health service provider registrations if applicable.
Finalizing Registration Steps
- The system will automatically load tax responsibilities based on uploaded RUT data; empty fields should remain blank unless manually entered.
- Users need to confirm data accuracy before moving forward with economic activity registration.
