How to Get A More Defined Jawline - In Only 5 Minutes!
Exercises and Adjustments for a More Defined Jawline
In this video, Lucas shares exercises and adjustments that can be made to get a more defined jawline in only five minutes. The first exercise is the 333 method, which involves taking three deep breaths in through the mouth and out through the nose. The second exercise is called mewing, which involves placing the tongue in the correct position on the roof of the mouth with teeth lightly closed while breathing through the nose. The third exercise targets text neck, which can cause weak jaw muscles due to bad posture.
The 333 Method
- Start with three deep breaths in through the mouth and out through the mouth.
- Take another set of three breaths, but breathe in through your mouth and fill up your belly all the way before exhaling back out through your nose.
- For the final set of three breaths, breathe in slowly through your nose and fill up your belly before exhaling back out through your nose.
Mewing
- Place the tip of your tongue at the back of your front teeth and put as much of it as you can naturally on the roof of your mouth.
- Lightly close your teeth with proper tongue placement while breathing in and out through your nose.
Text Neck Exercise
- Look up and to one side while feeling a stretch in front of neck on that side for 15 seconds.
- Repeat on other side for 15 seconds.
- Repeat both sides again for 15 seconds each.
Overall, these exercises help activate deep jaw muscles, improve breathing through the nose, and correct bad posture that can lead to a weak jawline.
